Returns Policy

Overview
We are committed to your satisfaction. That is why SunvalleyUS provides a full 12-month customer satisfaction warranty on everything we sell.

Within the first 30-days of the warranty period, items can be returned to us for a full refund or exchange for different item (shipping, insurance and handling charges are non-refundable).  Within the 12-month warranty period, items can be returned for replacement (exchange) once a Returned Materials Authorization (“RMA”) has been filled out and submitted to sunvalleyus.com.  We will then issue you an RMA number which can be used to track the process of your product exchange.  The official RMA submission form is at the bottom of this page.



RMA Information

 A. For all returns you will need to contact SunvalleyUS to request an authorization number. You can do this at anytime by filling out the RMA form below. Unauthorized and unmarked returns without an RMA number will cause undue delay in processing your request, so please request an RMA before shipping back any product and make sure to mark that RMA number on the outside of the box when you send any package back to us.

B. Please have the following information available when submitting an RMA Request: name and email address the order was placed under, part number, order number, and the nature of the problem.

C. All returns should include any cables or other accessories provided with the computer part your ordered unless otherwise instructed by our CS staff.

D. Refunds and exchanges are available only after the return has been received, tested and verified for authenticity. For your RMA status, please e-mail us at service@sunvalleyus.com.

E. If you need to get a product exchange due to damage caused during shipping, please take pictures of the box you received and any obvious damage to the package.  Also, if you do not see any evident damage but hear "rattling" or other worrying signs of possible shipper/courier caused damage, please let us know immediately, so we can get proper compensation from [ups, dhl, fed-ex] and send you out a new package promptly.

F. In certain cases, SunvalleyUS may charge a 15% re-stocking fee on return for refund requests.  The two most common causes for a restocking fee are: (1) the shipment was returned by the shipper for lack of an authorized receiving signature or invalid address, (2) the shipment was returned due to the refusal of the customer to pay any import duties assessed by their country.

 

 

RMA Request Form

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued by SunvalleyUS for any returns. To obtain an RMA number, please submit this completed form.  Our CS staff will receive your request and email you the RMA number within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
