Shipping and Delivery Methods

We ship our products to every country in the world. If you have a mailing address and can be reached by postal or express carriers, then will send you anything you order from our website!

 

Shipping Methods

US & Canada Customers:  There are two shipping methods for you to choose when you place an order, the first is shipping via USPS or UPS, and the second it local pick-up. 

The shipping cost for UPS/USPS is a flat fee no matter how many parts you order.  If you choose local pickup that means you live in Northern California and you want to pick up your order from our warehouse.  Here is the address;

Caribbean Customers:  The shipping cost is a flat fee no matter how many parts you order.  The shipping will usually be done via U.S. Post, UPS or Fed-Ex (depending on the product and quantity being ordered).  There will always be a tracking number provided.  We charge a low fee for this service (lower than most other laptop parts suppliers) as our way of showing how much we appreciate your business.  If stock is not available in our U.S. warehouse, we may ship from Hong Kong.  There is no extra cost for this service.

 

Regarding Local-Pickup:  Call ahead before driving over to pick up your order.  While we strive to make sure our real-time inventory shown on the website is accurate, there are rare occasions when a "phantom" single piece will be listed in our computer system but when we go to the warehouse shelf the product is not there.  Save yourself time by calling first to verify we can fill your order instantly when you show up for pickup.

 

Fees:  The postal or express delivery will always be provided with a tracking number.  The small fixed fee you pay for shipping covers the whole cost.  You can preview the exact cost for this service before you checkout.  Simply add the products you need to your shopping cart and the preview the fee on the "order total" page which you will see before you need to input any payment data.

 

 

Shipping Times

Our working time is 9.00 am - 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding local holidays.

We always select the most suitable & effective shipping method for your order (according to the package weight, product type and shipping destination). 

For orders sent by USPS, UPS or Fedex, the order may takes about 3-5 days to get to you.  For orders sent by international postal carrier, it can take 7-15 days.

If you have an urgent need to get your laptop part order in as few days as possible, then you should call our office or catch us on MSN to talk about changing the shipping to express with expedited delivery.  Note that there may be an additional fee for this service.

 

 

General Tips and Suggestions

Sometimes, the product you ordered may out of stock in our U.S. warehouse, in which case we may send the order from another location.  It may take an additional 5-10 days longer than usual for the order to arrive to you in this case.  We pay all the extra shipping cost ourselves.

If the product you want is out of stock in our three warehouse locations, there are two solutions for your selection:

- (A) We would send an email to inform you first, you could cancel this order and we will offer you the full refund after your confirmation.

- (B) We would send an email to inform you first, if you agree to wait for re-stock, we would send out your product when new stock arrives.  Unless there is a shortage of parts in the market, we usually receive new stock every 1-2 weeks, so that products are never out of stock for more than 2-weeks.

 

Please note that SunvalleyUS will arrange to ship products to you at an address you designate.  If the package fails to be delivered by the shipping carriers due to an incorrect address or lack of receiver at the home or office, then we will have to charge you an additional shipping fee to resend the package.

 

Special note about P.O. and A.P.O. Boxes:  Email us before placing any orders using a PO or APO box.  Due to the fragility of some items we ship (LCD screens in particular), we may need to make special arrangements to make sure your product arrives safely via USPS.  In addition, we will need to charge an insurance fee to cover the risk of loss or damage.  It is always better to choose to ship to a physical address if possible.
