How do I find a part?

Left side of the screen is a toolbar with a list of manufacturer names. Click on the manufacturer name of the part you wish to locate. Then select the Model you are looking for and a complete list of spare parts will be listed for the Model.  Many of the pages will show the price on the page. 

If you know the product name already, use the Search tool (located at the top right of the web site) to lookup the price.  You are also able to look for parts utilizing this tool by a part number, or model of your system. 

How do I place an order?

Once you get to the Product Details page, you can add the item/s to your shopping cart, and then checkout.
If you have bought from us before, simply login to your account by using your email and password. If not, you can also register first or check directly without registration.

Minimum order size is per manufacturer (listed below) and the form of payment accepted is US Credit Card or Paypal. All orders will be shipped to the address you entered while paying and the ship fee is 7.9 USD per manufacturer, if you have bought more than one, the ship fee will be changed to 5 USD from the second manufacturer. 

What is the status of my payment?

Sometimes you have already paid, but the status of the payment displayed that payment not received, that is because of the delay communication between the payment website and our website. Please do not worry about it, our colleagues will check it soon, and correct it in time.

What is the status of my order?

All orders are typically shipped out the same day or the next day, as we generally ship products every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.  You will typically receive the part in 1-5 days depending on shipping option selected, geographic location and stock availability.
